Low radio frequency surveys are important for testing unified models of radio-loud
quasars and radio galaxies. The steep-spectrum isotropic radio emission of these sources allows for orientation-free sample selection at low radio frequencies, and the projected linear sizes give an indication the orientation of sources with respect to the line of sight. I will present results from a new radio survey of the Boötes field at 150 MHz made with the Low Frequency Array (LOFAR), showing that the projected sizes of radio sources classified as radio galaxies are larger on average than those classified as quasars, consistent with orientation-based Unification schemes.
